Our plasters are made from natural minerals, so expect some variation in color, texture, and appearance.
It's up to you to decide if the product is right for your project. We provide guidance, but it's not a guarantee.
Prices shown include product cost; taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
All products are sold "as is" with no warranties.
2. Product quality and defects
We do our best to ensure products meet published specifications.
If you believe a product is defective, stop using it and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Keep the material for inspection or return if requested.
If confirmed defective, we'll either:
Replace the product, or
Refund the purchase price (our choice).
We are not responsible for defects caused by:
Normal wear and tear
Improper storage or use
Alteration or mixing with other products
Not following our instructions
3. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
4. Delivery
We are not liable for delays or damage during transit.
You are responsible for providing correct shipping info and paying delivery costs.
5. Intellectual property
All Earthaus formulas, trademarks, designs, and packaging remain our property.
No reverse engineering or chemical analysis is allowed.
