What's covered under the warranty
If a product has a proven manufacturing defect, we'll either:
Replace the defective material, or
Refund the purchase price (our choice).
What's not covered
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
Normal variation in color or texture (these are natural mineral products).
Improper storage or use.
Altering or mixing our products with other materials.
Not following Earthaus installation guidelines.
Normal wear and tear over time.
How to file a warranty claim
Stop using the product if you suspect a defect.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery — email [email protected] or text 1-800-917-2414.
Keep the unused material for inspection or return (we'll let you know which).
Provide clear photos and details so we can review the claim.

Our products are sold as-is, with no other express or implied warranties.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
Variations in finish, tone, or texture are normal and part of the beauty of natural lime plasters.
