Earthaus Tadelakt Plaster is an interior lime plaster formulated to achieve a smooth, water-resistant finish when used with the full Earthaus Tadelakt Finish System. It is composed of 100% natural materials and provides a breathable, durable, and eco-friendly surface. Tadelakt Plaster offers excellent workability, strong adhesion, and superior moisture management properties.

Basecoats: Base Plaster
Finish coats: Tadelakt Plaster
Sealer: Olive Oil Soap Sealer
Protective sealer: Beeswax Protective Sealer
Composition
Hydraulic lime, pumice aggregate, mineral pigments (when tinted), natural plant-based binders. No VOCs, no chemical additives.
Technical Properties
Coverage: Approximately 50–60 sq ft per bag per coat at 1/32" thickness.
Total system thickness: Approximately 3/8" (including base coats).
Number of finish coats: Four coats required.
Drying time: Varies based on temperature, humidity, and airflow.
Substrate compatibility: Concrete board, cement board, level-4 drywall (primed), properly prepared masonry.
Wet area suitability: Yes, when used with the full system including waterproof membrane, Olive Oil Soap Sealer, and Beeswax Protective Sealer.
Application Requirements
Surface must be clean, flat, and primed or key-coated.
Temperature: 50–95 degrees F during application and curing.
Avoid direct sunlight or high-airflow conditions during application.
Full system includes Base Plaster (2 coats), Tadelakt Plaster (4 coats), Olive Oil Soap Sealer (3 coats), and Beeswax Protective Sealer (2 coats).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry location away from freezing temperatures.
Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture date when stored properly.
Mixed plaster can be stored covered for up to 14 days; remix before use.
