When you can get an answer
There are two different answers, so here are both.
The Earthaus Assistant is available any hour, any day, including weekends and holidays. It knows every guide we've published and can look up your order directly, so most questions don't wait for business hours at all.
Our team is here Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. When a question needs a person, we'll come back to you within one business day.
What happens outside those hours
Nothing waits unnecessarily. Ask any time — the assistant will answer straight away if it can, and anything that needs a person is picked up on the next business day.
If you send a question on Saturday, a person will reply on Monday. The assistant will still help you on Saturday.
