What Is Breathable Sealer?
Earthaus Breathable Sealer is a chemically reactive, deep-penetrating siliconate concentrate designed for unsealed exterior Lime Stucco and Lime Slurry finishes. Within 48 hours, the sealer fully reacts, forming an insoluble membrane inside the material — delivering complete water resistance while maintaining breathability.
What It Does
Water repellency: Reduces water absorption and minimizes moisture ingress; curbs freeze/thaw damage.
Durability: Shields surfaces from chemicals, salts, UV exposure, acid rain, and alkali attack.
Maintenance: Inhibits mold, mildew, and dirt buildup.
Non-yellowing: UV resistant; remains clear upon application.

How to Apply Breathable Sealer
Ensure substrates are fully cured, clean, and dry.
Dilution: 7 parts water : 1 part sealer (stir thoroughly).
Apply with low-pressure sprayer, roller, or brush.
Apply until saturation ("point of rejection").
Drying: 1–3 hours to touch; 48 hours to full cure. Keep substrate dry for 48 hours after application.
If finish remains highly porous after 48 hours, apply a second coat.
Size & Coverage
1 Quart → makes 2 gallons → covers up to 400 ft²
1 Gallon → makes 8 gallons → covers up to 1600 ft²
Storage
Store in cool, dry area (40°F–95°F). Avoid freezing.
Shelf life: 2 years (opened or unopened).
Safety Information
Breathable Sealer is highly alkaline.
Wear chemical-resistant gloves and safety glasses.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
