Straining Earthaus Marble Plaster can be a challenging and messy process due to its fine texture and density. However, with the right setup and technique, the process becomes smoother and more efficient.

Tips for Easier Straining
Use the right strainer:
A 100–200 mesh fine paint strainer works best for Marble Plaster.
Avoid mesh that is too fine, as this will clog quickly and slow the process significantly.
Use a wide-mouth bucket to support the strainer and minimize spillage.
Pre-soak the strainer: Briefly dampen the strainer with water before use to reduce initial clogging and help the plaster flow through more easily.
Work in smaller batches: Straining small amounts (1–2 gallons at a time) is easier to manage and produces better results than straining a full large batch at once.
Have a helper: One person holds the strainer while the other pours and works the plaster through. This reduces spills and speeds up the process.
Clean the strainer frequently:
Periodically clear excess build-up from the outside of the strainer to maintain flow rate.
Rinse and reuse if straining multiple batches.
